Data release for Week 40 + Degraded service RCA

We pushed daily updates to our API services on AWS Marketplace and Azure Marketplace as usual.
We had a 2-hour degraded service this past 21-September-2025 for some of our customers on AWS Marketplace. We apologize for this partial outage; and have instituted fixes to the failed alarms and notifications that led to a customer having to notify us of this problem.
